Early bird registration (until April 30, 2026):

• €120 - Daily Rate** (without gala dinner)

Late Registration  (after April 30, 2026):

• €450 - Full Delegate*

• €210 - PhD Student*

• €140 - Daily Rate** (without gala dinner)

• €150 - Accompanying person***

Gala dinner only: €90

*The registration fee includes IATE membership, the conference kit, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, and a half-day tour on Saturday. 

**Daily rate includes the program brochure, the conference kit, access to conference sessions, coffee breaks, and a working lunch for the registered day only.

***The accompanying person fee includes only the welcome reception, the gala dinner, and a half-day tour on Saturday.

All IATE members are entitled to participate in the IATE General Assembly.
