Submission

All contributions must be submitted via the conference email address:

in accordance with the following instructions. 

Each participant may submit and present only one contribution. 

Inclusion of the contribution in the program is conditional upon payment of the conference registration fee.

Abstract submission

An abstract (100 – 500 words long) OR an extended abstract (up to 2000 words) in PDF format, must be submitted no later than 12 December 2025.

The abstract/extended abstract must be written in English and prepared using the provided LaTeX template, or with a text editor able of generating the output in this format.

The abstract/extended abstract must include: Title; Author(s), Affiliation (for each author); Institutional address (for each author); E-mail address (for each author); One to five keywords; Up to five references.

Notification of abstract/extended abstract acceptance: 16 January 2026.

Authors with accepted abstract/extended abstract may optionally upload the full paper at a later stage. 

Full Paper submission (optional)

Full papers must be written in English and submitted no later than 30 January 2026.

A full paper must include: Title; Author(s), Affiliation (for each author); Institutional address (for each author); E-mail address (for the corresponding author); An abstract of no more than 200 words; One to five keywords; and the main JEL classification.

Notification of full paper acceptance: 27 February 2026

Revised full paper submission: 30 April 2026

Outstanding full papers will be considered for a special issue of Tourism Economics (SAGE).

Only full papers are eligible for consideration for the Best Paper Award
