Inclusion of the contribution in the program is conditional upon payment of the conference registration fee.
Abstract submission
An abstract (100 – 500 words long) OR an extended abstract (up to 2000 words) in PDF format, must be submitted no later than 12 January 2025.
The abstract/extended abstract must be written in English and prepared using a text editor able of generating the output in this format.
The abstract/extended abstract must include: Title; Author(s), Affiliation (for each author); Institutional address (for each author); E-mail address (for each author); One to five keywords; Up to five references.
Notification of abstract/extended abstract acceptance: 30 January 2026.
Authors with accepted abstract/extended abstract may optionally upload the full paper at a later stage.
Full Paper submission (optional)
Full papers must be written in English and submitted no later than 27 February 2026.
A full paper must include: Title; Author(s), Affiliation (for each author); Institutional address (for each author); E-mail address (for the corresponding author); An abstract of no more than 200 words; One to five keywords; and the main JEL classification.
The revision of full papers for publication in the special issue of the journal Tourism Economics has been postponed until late October. At that time, a call for papers will be sent to all authors who have presented a full paper and/or an abstract at the conference.
Please note that submission to the special issue will be subject to the journal’s standard review process.
